In order to be acquainted with the recent changes in the basic level (Grade 1-3) curriculum in Nepal, the education team of Himalayan Trust Nepal participated in 5 day’s Training of Trainers (ToT) on Integrated Curriculum from 7th to 11th July 2021. The training was facilitated by the trainers of Centre for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD). The training mainly focused on developing clear understanding of the HTN education team members on the concept of integrated curriculum and its application in community schools targeting for grade 1-3. It was also aimed to build the capacity of HTN education team for effective implementation of the centre-based and school-based teacher training programme in Solukhumbu. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the training was organized through virtual platform.
